At Girl 820 Tallow Co., every product is handcrafted in small batches using simple, ancestral ingredients.  Because our skin care is made fresh and cannot be resold once it leaves our hands, all direct- to -consumer sales are final. Wholesale partners operate under separate wholesale agreements. However, we always want our customers to feel supported, respected, and taken care of, therefore we encourage you to reach out.

 

Below is our official refund and return policy:​

🌿 All Sales Are Final​

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped.

🌿 Allergic Reactions / Sensitivities

Our products are made with simple, natural ingredients. Still, every skin type is unique.

 

We cannot offer refunds for sensitivities or allergic reactions, but we are happy to help you identify ingredients or offer recommendations for future purchases.

🌿 Lost or Stolen Packages

 

We are not responsible for:

  • lost packages

  • stolen packages

  • delivery errors marked “delivered”

 This happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

🌿, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:

  • the damaged item

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label​

We will replace the item or issue store credit as appropriate.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed due to our fast-paced small-batch workflow.

Every jar, bottle, and balm is made by hand in the Rogue Valley. If you ever have concerns about quality, contact us. We stand behind the integrity of our craft and will support you however we can within policy.
