At Girl 820 Tallow Co., every product is handcrafted in small batches using simple, ancestral ingredients. Because our skincare is made fresh and cannot be resold once it leaves our hands, all sales are final. However, we always want our customers to feel supported, respected, and taken care of.
Below is our official refund and return policy:
🌿 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped.
🌿 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:

🌿 Allergic Reactions / Sensitivities
Our products are made with simple, natural ingredients. Still, every skin type is unique.
We cannot offer refunds for sensitivities or allergic reactions, but we are happy to help you identify ingredients or offer recommendations for future purchases.
🌿 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once packages are accepted by USPS/UPS, they are in the carrier’s possession.
We are not responsible for:

If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed due to our fast-paced small-batch workflow.
