Wild Roots
This is not a trend. It is a remembering.
THE REMEMBERING
We remember a time before skin care became complicate. Before women were taught to distrust their own bodies, before nourishment was replaced with correction, and excess was sold as care.
We remember when skin was tended, not managed. When ingredients were chosen for their integrity, not their marketability. When less was enough and enough worked.
Remembering is not nostalgia. It's recognition.
The old ways were not primitive- they were precise.
Grounded in patience, restraint, and respect for what already knew how to heal.

This is where we return. And where we begin again.
The Refusal
We refuse to lie that women need fixing.
Skin must be corrected, controlled, stripped, or constantly improved to be worthy. That urgency equals care. That more products, more steps, and more promises lead to better skin.
We reject fear dressed as beauty. We reject formulas built for speed instead of longevity. We reject the constant noise that teaches women to look outward for answers their body already holds.
We choose nourishment over correction.
Consistency over chaos.
Trust over trend.
This refusal is not rebellion for its own sake.
It is discernment.
And we stand by it.
Rogue Soul
We were raised by lands, not trends. By seasons, not schedules.
We lerned grit before grace. How to work with our hands.
How to trust what lasts.
We carry the fire of the women before us. Not loud. Not fragile. Still burning.
Soft when we choose.
Feral when we need to be.
We are tender, but never weak.
We are rooted, but never stuck.
These are our wild roots. This is our flame.
We believe in the old ways- not because they're old, but because they work.
We are wild, but never lost. Rooted, but never stuck.
This is where our strength comes from. This is how we move forward.
The Oath
We choose what last.
We choose to restrain over excess, patience, over urgency, and nourishment over correction. We choose to trust the body's intelligence and honor the land that sustains it. We will not pass down fear disguised as beauty. We will not teach the next generation to fix what was never broken.

This is our commitment to our work, to our skin, and to those who come after us-
Rooted. Remembering. Unmoved.
